All quotes are provided in writing and are fixed for the scope described in that quote. Standard roof inspections and leak inspections are provided free of charge. Pre-purchase roof inspections are chargeable: any fee will be disclosed to you in advance and does not proceed without your agreement.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Where site conditions differ materially from those described or made accessible at the time of quotation, we will discuss any change in scope and price with you before carrying out additional work.

By accepting a quote in writing (including by email or SMS) you enter into an agreement with us for the scope of work described in that quote. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property on the agreed dates.

Larger jobs are paid through staged payments across the works, as set out in the quote. Smaller jobs are paid in full on completion. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash. We do not accept card payments and we do not offer finance.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Late payment may attract statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for commercial clients.

We provide a written workmanship guarantee on completion of every job:

• Full installations (re-roofs, full flat-roof replacements, full lead flashing renewals and similar): 10 years.
• Minor repairs: 5 years.

The workmanship guarantee is transferable to a subsequent owner of the property on sale. It covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, third-party modifications, lack of reasonable maintenance, or failure of adjoining building elements outside the scope of the work carried out.

Any material warranties from product manufacturers are separate from our workmanship guarantee and are not offered, extended or assured by us.

We carry £2,000,000 public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request in advance of works commencing.

Consumer clients have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote for services carried out at their home (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Where you request that we start work within that period, you may be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Emergency call-out work is chargeable from the point of attendance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the value of that job.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
